This office space bridges the gap between generations. Designed for a family business transitioning leadership, in particular to a woman , the clients ask was to have the space reflect the feminine energy & creativity, though the operations at the office are essentially male dominated and very mundane & uncreative! The interior design blends industrial chic with luxurious elements to emulate a mature yet youthful comfort. Glass facades and open plans create a modern feel, while materiality and art pay homage to the company's heritage. The result is an environment that prioritizes comfort and efficiency for a workforce aged 40-60. It's a workspace that celebrates the past, embraces the present, and looks boldly towards the future.
