Nestled along the tranquil Chapora River in Siolim, ISSA Goa presents a fusion of Mediterranean allure and contemporary Goan ambiance. Its architectural design prioritizes shack-like simplicity to capture what Goa is best known for, featuring easy-to-maintain materials for longevity and practicality. The courtyard serves as the focal point with its curated artistic walls and visual connections. An innovative touch includes hay on the first-floor roof, creating a natural kinetic facade that harmonizes with riverside winds, adding to the visual dynamism for those approaching the building. Designed to craft a new language of “GoaTerranean Luxury shack” with the river view as the anchor from both. The intent was to add to the experience of the riverview , the interiors being the perfect wingman!
