Repurposing an old guest house into a modern apartment building. By repurposing the existing structure, we minimize construction waste and pollution, proving that sustainability and style can coexist. Though it requires more time and investment, our problem-solving mindset and strong collaborations make it possible. We have used metal structures for alterations and extensions, filling in the atrium space with sustainable materials.
